Little Phineas

Little Phineas began his musical pursuits while in High School , singing doo-wop on the streets of northern NJ. During his college years he expanded his musical talents by adding several instruments to his arsenal. He played with a number of bands as a lead vocalist and bass & rhythm guitar player. He also studied music formally, earning a Bachelors and Masters degree in Music Theory & Composition.

In more recent years, Little Phineas has returned to performing as a vocalist & keyboard player. He has performed  with his own groups and also as a back-up vocalist with Joe Villa's Three Friends/ Royal Teens and Jay Johnson's Diablos. In 2004, he released the "Doo-Woppin' In Birdland" CD, which highlighted both his vocal abilities and arranging skills.

As a performer, he has shared the stage on the oldies circuit with artists such as the Platters, the Channels, the Cleftones, Johnnie & Joe, Kenny Vance & Planotones, the Del-Vikings, the Chimes, the Clickettes, the Continentals, the Hurricanes, Otis Williams & the Charms and more.
