Professionally laid out magazine featuring the early pioneer rhythm & blues vocal groups and the labels they recorded on. Nice articles/discographies/photos by Pete Grendysa, Eddie Gries, Donn Fileti, George Moonoogian, Opal Louis Nations, Victor Pearlin, Steve Propes, and many others. Sold on "per issue" basis (no subscriptions).
MAGAZINES (OUT OF PRINT)
The following magazines were issued in the 1970s, 80s, and/or 90s. All had articles with photos of the groups & artists of the 50s era. Some were more doowop related; some were more blues/RnB related. Excellent discographical information on the artists, as well as many one-of-a-kind early photos made for wonderful reading.
